What this website is

This site describes our services and lets you request an appointment. It is not a booking system and it does not confirm anything. Sending a form creates a request, nothing more. An appointment exists once we have spoken to you and agreed a time.

Estimates, authorization and your invoice

No repair work begins until you have received a written estimate and authorized it. If additional work turns out to be necessary, we stop, contact you, and get your authorization for the revised amount before continuing. If you authorize that over the phone, we record the date, the time, who we spoke to and the number we called, and it appears on your invoice.

Your invoice carries our business name, address and Automotive Repair Dealer registration number, and itemizes every service and every part with its own price. Each part is identified as new, used, reconditioned, rebuilt, an OEM crash part or a non-OEM aftermarket crash part. We do not bill generic “shop supplies” or “miscellaneous parts” charges; if a part is not listed on your invoice, you are not paying for it.

You can have your old parts back. Ask before you authorize the work, and we will return the parts we replaced, other than any part that has to go back to the supplier as a warranty exchange or a core, or that the law requires us to dispose of.

Prices mentioned anywhere on this site are indicative. The number on your written estimate is the one that governs.

Warranty

Parts and labor supplied by Servall Mechanics are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of the invoice. The warranty covers the failure of a part we supplied or of our workmanship. It does not cover:

• Parts supplied by the customer. If you bring your own part we will fit it, but the warranty then covers our labor only.
• Normal wear items consumed in service, and damage caused by abuse, accident, racing, off-road use, neglected maintenance, or work performed by someone else after we released the vehicle.
• Consequential losses such as towing, rental vehicles, lost wages or lost business.

To make a warranty claim, contact us and bring the vehicle in. We need to see it.

Current offer terms

These terms apply to the free check engine diagnostic and 10% off labor promotion advertised on this site.

• The promotion ends November 19, 2026. Requests received after that date are not eligible.
• One offer per vehicle.
• The offer expires 30 days after you claim it. Bring the vehicle in within that window.
• The free diagnostic covers up to one hour of diagnostic time. If the problem needs longer, we tell you what the additional time will cost and you approve it before we continue.
• The free battery test is performed while the vehicle is with us for the diagnostic.
• The 10% discount applies to labor only, up to a maximum of $150, on repair work authorized following the diagnostic. It does not apply to parts or to sales tax.
• Not valid on diesel, Bobcat or other heavy equipment work.
• No minimum repair is required. You are free to take the written report and do nothing.
• Cannot be combined with another offer, and has no cash value.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Servall Mechanics at the number you gave us, including service reminders, coupons and discounts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you must be at least 18. See our privacy policy.

Trademarks

Servall Mechanics is an independent repair facility. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Bobcat Company or any vehicle manufacturer. Brand names and trademarks on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the equipment we service.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the information on this site current, but we don't guarantee it is complete or error-free, and we may change services, hours or published offers at any time. The site is provided as is; we don't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a map, a social account or another third-party service, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Stanislaus County, California. Nothing here limits any right you have under the California Automotive Repair Act or other consumer protection law.

We may update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
