earn in our bay.
Downtime is the real cost of a repair, not the invoice. Fleet work here is built around getting the vehicle back on the road, with records you can actually use at tax time or resale.
-
Priority scheduling Fleet accounts go ahead of the walk-in queue. Tell us the vehicle is down and we start from there, not from the back of the line.
-
Preventive maintenance on a schedule We track intervals per vehicle and tell you what's coming due, so your trucks come in on your calendar instead of breaking down on someone else's.
-
Service history you can pull up Every job logged against the vehicle, not a pile of receipts. Useful for warranty claims, for resale, and for arguing with your accountant.
-
One invoice, one contact Consolidated monthly billing and one person who knows your fleet, instead of explaining the whole operation again every time you call.
-
Cars, trucks and equipment together Diesel pickups, work vans, skid steers and loaders all go through the same shop, so you're not chasing three different vendors.
No surprises on the invoice.
The part people dread about a repair shop is the phone call where the price changed. Here's how we keep that from happening.

Tell us what it's doing
Call or send the form with the year, make and model and what you've noticed. We'll tell you whether it's something we handle before you drive over.
-
02
Written estimate, your approval
We diagnose it and put the estimate in writing with parts and labor broken out. Nothing gets done until you sign off on it. If we find something else along the way, we stop and call you.

Repaired and warrantied
You pay the number you approved. The work carries a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, and if something isn't right you bring it straight back.
Every invoice meets California BAR standards. Itemized parts and labor, your authorization on record, and your old parts back if you want them.
Schedule serviceWe started Servall because too many people get handed a bill they don't understand for a problem nobody explained. That's not how we work.
Our technicians bring more than twenty years of combined experience across cars, diesel trucks and heavy equipment, and the rule is the same on every job: you find out what's wrong, what it costs, and why, before anyone touches the vehicle. If a repair can wait, we'll tell you that too.

Check engine light on? The diagnostic is free.
Don't guess at it, and don't pay to find out what's wrong. Bring it in and you leave knowing, in writing, whether you do anything about it today.
- Free check engine diagnostic — up to one hour
- Free battery test while it's here
- Written report either way, no obligation
- 10% off labor if you go ahead, up to $150
Offer ends November 19, 2026. One per vehicle. Expires 30 days after claiming. The free diagnostic covers up to one hour; any time beyond that is quoted and approved before we continue. The 10% applies to labor only, up to $150. Not valid on diesel, Bobcat or heavy equipment work. No minimum repair required.
Questions, answered.
The ones we get most often. If yours isn't here, call and ask. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out in the parking lot.
-
You get a written estimate with parts and labor listed separately before any work begins, and we only proceed once you've authorized it. If we open something up and find a second problem, we stop and call you with a revised number rather than adding it to the bill. That's both our policy and California law.
-
Repairs carry a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back and we'll prioritize it.
-
Yes. Diesel pickups, work trucks, skid steers, loaders and similar equipment. Call with the make and model and what it's doing, and we'll tell you whether it's in our wheelhouse before you load a trailer.
-
That's a large part of what we do. Fleet accounts get priority scheduling, maintenance tracking per vehicle, service records you can pull up, and consolidated monthly invoicing. Tell us your fleet size and what you run, and we'll put a program together.
-
Call ahead whenever you can. We'll take walk-ins when there's room, but calling first means we can tell you honestly whether it's worth the drive that day.
-
Routine maintenance is usually same day. For anything bigger, we give you a realistic timeframe along with the estimate, and we call you if that changes. Waiting on a part from a supplier is the usual reason a job runs long, and we'll tell you that up front rather than letting the vehicle sit.
-
Ask us when you book. It depends on the job and the part. What we can tell you now is that our warranty covers parts we supply, so a customer-supplied part changes what we're able to stand behind.
-
Cash and all major cards. Fleet accounts can be set up for monthly invoicing instead of paying per visit.
